A Gain (DK) sold to Inmeta Crayon (NO)

Danish A Gain and Norwegian Inmeta Crayon under the ownership of Private Equity fund Norvestor merge to create DKK 500 million Software Licencing giant. 1CT was exclusive advisor to A Gain.

The new company will operate in Denmark as A Gain Crayon A/S headed by A Gain founder Frank Mortensen.
